Refund Policy


Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 60 days.

The cancellation period is 60 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, characteristics and appearance of the goods. Therefore, we only ask you to send back products that you have not already damaged or contaminated and also to ship the products in their original packaging.

 

In certain situations, we can only provide partial / no refund (if applicable):

- Obvious traces of use

- Products that are not in their original condition are damaged or missing parts (which are not due to our mistakes)

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned merchandise. We will then inform you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again or contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially announced.
